 DiscToGo™ started on July 6th, 2001,
recording a live music concert by Ron LaSalle and the East Side Rockers at Slick Rick's in
Bloomington, Illinois. Our on-site recording process was an untested concept at the
time, but the Ron LaSalle gig was a great success. Five lucky winners received free
live CDs from Ron's entire show that night, including both encores. DiscToGo
was born, and as far as we know, we were the very first company to record, mix, edit, and
burn CDs on the spot at a live music concert. Other companies have entered the
on-site CD market since then, but we can always say that we were the originals.
Although we've expanded DiscToGo into many other markets, recording and
quickly distributing live music is still one of our passions. |
